As a Clinical Nutritionist, qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist, I’m wholeheartedly committed to supporting your journey towards better health, but I don’t just talk the talk, I live this life!
Having battled bulimia in my teens, I know what it’s like to feel out of control with food. My struggle led me to try every diet out there, but nothing brought the happiness or self-acceptance I was searching for.
Fast forward to my 40s, I ran a successful personal training business and was competing nationally in Powerlifting. It wasn’t until I competed in a bodybuilding show with 9% body fat, impressive muscles and six-pack-abs, I realised I would never be happy if things didn’t change, as all I could see were my flaws.
Months of intense training and strict dieting took their toll. I became sick & depressed, I gained the weight back, plus more and two years later, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
That was my wake-up call to shift my focus on my health and wellbeing instead of the number on the scale! I started focusing on whole foods that nourished my body and lifestyle practices to reduce stress. This was when my weight settled, and I became comfortable in my skin.
In addition to my journey, I draw upon over 20 years’ experience as a Personal trainer and global Health Coach, where I’ve coached hundreds of women through perimenopause and menopause.
I created The Whole Health Revolution for women who are ready to feel better in their bodies, have more energy, and finally take control of their health.
Many of the women who join are dealing with things like:
Type 2 diabetes or prediabetes
Insulin resistance
High cholesterol or blood pressure
But it’s not just about numbers on a test result.
