Welcome to the Whole Health Revolution program & Sift out the Sugar Programs (the "Program"), offered by [natural health project] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using this Program, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. GENERAL DISCLAIMER

The information provided in this Program is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace personalised health advice from a qualified healthcare practitioner. The Program, created by a qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist is designed to support overall well-being through naturopathic and nutritional principles but should not be considered a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis or personal healthcare services.

  • You will seek medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional if you have any pre-existing conditions, concerns, or experience any adverse reactions.

  • You understand that individual results may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding specific health outcomes.

3. NOT A PATIENT-PRACTITIONER RELATIONSHIP

Participation in this Program does not establish a naturopath-client or doctor-patient relationship between you and natural health project. Any interactions, including Q&A sessions or live coaching calls, are intended for educational purposes and do not constitute individualised health advice.

4. PAYMENT, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Pricing & Payment: All payments must be completed before accessing the Program.

  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Program, refunds will only be granted under specific conditions, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

  • Cancellation: If you choose to discontinue the Program, no partial refunds will be issued, you can, however, cancel at any time.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

All materials, including but not limited to written content, videos, worksheets, and course materials, are the intellectual property of natural health project and are for personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without explicit written permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, natural health project and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program. You agree to release, waive, and discharge any claims against us arising from your use of the Program content.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
